Overview
The primary purpose of the Green Gables Metropolitan District No. 1 (the "District") is to finance, construct, own, operate, and maintain the Public Improvements for the Project, as such public improvements are contemplated in this Service Plan approved by the Jefferson County Board of County Commissioners on September 11, 2012.
